I have 35 years of professional experience. I’ve worked in active duty military and civilian settings. I’ve worked alone on projects and with teams. I’ve worked well with teams comprised of all men, teams comprised of all women (except me), and teams split about equally between men and women.

I’ve been the interviewer and the interviewee many times, and I know all the subtleties of communication like, what do people really mean when they say something.
